1.Prepare the Area: Ensure your skin is clean and dry before use. Avoid applying lotions or oils.
2.Position the Panel: Place the light panel 6-12 inches away from the targeted area (face, back, legs, arms, etc.). Sit or lie comfortably.
3.Turn It On: Power on the device and select the desired light intensity or mode.
4.Relax & Enjoy:Let the red and near-infrared light penetrate the skin for 10-20 minutes per session. Use 1-2 times daily for best results.
5.Aftercare:Once the session is complete, turn off the panel and store it properly.

Care and Cleaning
Before cleaning your device(s), make sure the device(s) are powered off and power cords are unplugged from any power source.
Please remove devices from their mounting accessories before cleaning.
To clean your panel, except lens parts, you can use a microfiber rag with water to clean the body of the device.
Do not spray or apply any moisture to the device directly.
Be careful when wiping around vented slot openings, LED openings, and any input or output openings to avoid moisture intrusion.

Can the red light therapy be used on the face?
Yes, it can be used on the face, but it is to be recommended to avoid prolonged direct contact with the red light, which may cause discomfort.
How should I use my red light?
How should I use my red light?
As a general rule of thumb, we’ve found that 10-20 minutes per treatment area at a distance of around 8”-14” for deep tissue or 16"-24" for superficial facial skin therapy on bare skin with a max of 2-3 treatment areas per day to be a great average usage guideline for basically all applications. We recommend using light therapy at least 3 to 5 times a week for optimal results. We would suggest to start slower/farther at first and then work your way up to the closer distance/longer exposure once your tolerance to the light has been found. We also do recommend caution with using the NIR array on any areas of the body that may have pre-existing hyperpigmentation concerns as this type of light may aggravate this condition. We recommend to use red only on these areas.

Eyewear is not required; it's optional. Your eyes are not accustomed to the red light, and red light may appear very bright. For this reason, we recommend closing your eyes or wear goggles. If you have any concerns, consult your trusted healthcare provider.

The human eye can only see wavelengths of light up to 760nm on average. red therapy uses a wavelength of 810nm&830nm&850nm for the near-infrared LEDs, that a naked human eye oannot observe.

Yes, you can wear clothes, or you can be nude during the treatment. The only thing that does matter is the specific area of the body you want to be treated is fully exposed to the body. That area should not be covered by any clothing.
